I have had my old Saturn in this shop three times for three different engine problems. The mechanics here always focus on finding the real problem and actually road test the repair. The repairs have always resolved the problem. Customer service is outstanding

Frank, the desk and admin guy, is also a mechanic and he told me over the phone a potential fix for my dead battery by unplugging the detachable radio face...and it worked! Frank is the man.
