excellent service staff are informative and thorough

I came in to get a broken engine hose replaced. After discussing the age of many of the other engine hoses with Frank, we decided to replace them as well. It was a bigger job, but now it's done right.

Needed my truck looked at quickly as we were heading back to Minnesota in a few days. They got us in the day we called, and had it fixed by the end of the day. We couldn't thank them enough. They even gave me a ride to my daughter's house and picked me up when it was done. Nice group of guys to work with. Don't know much about the cost of things here, so don't know if it was a good price or not. It probably was by the way they do business. Now we know why they had such great reviews.

My 25 year old BMW gave up a week ago by over heating. I felt it to be serious. You readily accepted the tow and informed me straightaway of your observations which continued the entire three days it was under your care. Not including the weekend. This did not surprise me for after all the years you have serviced my car, this attention to detail remained stellar. It is not only the workmanship but you treat my car as though it were yours.
