This was a scheduled mileage service . Larbre is efficient ;I had an e.mail reminder that service was due. I was given the NEXT DAY appointment with a nice loaner vehicle fully gassed up and clean. The car was ready on time. I got a call from the ever alert and personable Larbre Manager: Frank. The slightly rough start was gone.The car ran like new. They spotted the need for new filters and windshield wipers .I believe the interior of the car -the dashboard and steering wheel were cleaned and polished . I was given a complete report on what was done . Tires and brakes were additionally inspected. Very much better than a Jiffy Lube establishment or their equivalent. This is a REAL complete servicing and you can feel the difference when you pick up your car . Larbre and I have been associated with for 30 years. And it will go on.

I’d never used this auto repair shop before and only stopped in as I had an emergency as coolant was dripping everywhere. I was greeted like I was a regular. The problem was diagnosed immediately, the part a little over an hour later and the repairs were made immediately. It was a great experience and they have gotten themselves a new customer! To sum it up they were friendly, efficient and proficient. Without hesitation—five stars!
