Excellent work done within in the time estimate. Very in depth explanation of what needed to be done, what the results would be and more importantly exactly what the costs would be. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. This is also the cleanest mechanic shop I have ever seen which is another indication of the quality of their work. This has become our new Sonoma mechanics shop.

New to Sonoma and Larbre but am impressed with the initial analysis of my car, Larbre professionalism and friendliness of a well-run shop. Now that we have begun the work of solving problems, I'm hoping that the work exceeds my high expectations.

Quick professional honest quality service. Frank has to be commended for his outstanding communication and customer service skills. The shop was busy and it's not easy to make the effort to keep that many customers up to date on the progress of their repairs. Frank made it seem effortless. I'm very happy with the full break replacement they installed on my 2006 Chevy Truck.

I brought my truck in for a "check engine" light issue that I was able to resolve on my own. I drove by the shop and Frank was kind enough gave me a few tips and a printout to try and rectify the problem. I was not able to correct the problem my own. Frank set me up with an appointment for the following Monday. I dropped the truck off and Frank handled it like a pro. He listened to me, understood what I needed, and proceeded to get the work completed quickly and under the quoted estimate. I want to thank Frank,Mike, and the tech who did the work. All is good with the truck. I have been recommending Larbre's to friends for years because of the quality of their service even though their labor prices are a little higher than some other shops in the area. In this business you get what you pay for and Larbre's is worth it in my opinion.
