I was on a road trip when my rear driver's side window malfunctioned and was stuck in the wide-open position.Not good when it's 97 degrees out with a dog in the backseat! Since I was headed to Sonoma on my way back to SoCal, I called my friends and they recommended Mike Larbre Automotive as trustworthy and skilled mechanics. My friend Gene called Frank and explained the situation. He was able to get me in the next morning and had my window temporarily fixed in the fully closed position by the end of the day so that I could continue my drive home to SoCal (a total fix would have required a part and I didn't have the time to wait). I wish I had a place like Mike Larbre Automotive and a guy like Frank in Ventura!! Highly recommended!!

Frank and his team are friendly, very knowledgeable and professional, I would highly recommend them! The only thing that I wish was different was that a diagnostic was $220 … but the peace of mind that there was nothing wrong, made it ok.
