It was a dark and rainy morning. I arrived for my 8am appointment and was greeted by Frank with the bad news: the part hadn't arrived, nor would it until much later in the day. So? I'd already planned on taking the morning off to do some reading (I work at Readers' Books) was given another appointment time for two days later, at the same time. Sometimes what would have been a 'dis-appointment' turns out to be a gift. Frank was great. Handling multiple phone calls, calls from the shop and people coming in and out. The repair was done is less time than anticipated AND I got some 'extra' reading done. Perfect.

I am new to the valley and needed to find a good, honest mechanic shop. I need look no further. They are easy to talk to and actually listen to what my concerns are. They work for safety and reasonable prices. The shop is kept immaculately clean.
