Was asked to take employee for a drive to understand my car issue-car slightly vibrates at 20mph. Employee reported he felt the slight vibration. I left my car. Received call to pick up car 6 hours later…was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. Then charged $100.00 for what? Now I’ll need to invest more time and money to correct the issue-which I’ve been told is most likely the tires need balancing.
