As always, we had a fabulous experience. A filter for the air system did not arrive in time so we had to come back which is difficult with two little ones. Mike called and told me just to swing by, pull in to the garage and I wouldn't even have to take the kids out of the car. We did just that and were out of there in a flash. I appreciated not having to deal with car seats and keeping kids out of trouble in a waiting room. Bonus - The mechanic that worked on my Volvo used to be a mechanic in an actual Volvo dealership. He really knew his stuff!
